We are looking for a full time Orthotic Technician to be involved in the manufacturing of moulded insoles within a small company based in Whitchurch, Bristol. The role is to assist in the production of all areas of orthotic insole manufacturing. Ideally, applicants would have some experience in the manufacturing of insoles or similar type work although this is not essential as full training can/will be given. The role would encompass manufacturing orders with the utmost care and attention to detail. The right person would have excellent hand/eye co-ordination and problem solving skills. We are looking for a candidate who has good organisational and prioritising skills, along with enthusiasm, can work as part of a team but can also have the ability to work on their own initiative when required and learn all aspects of this successful business, with a “hands-on/can-do” attitude. The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days a week, 8am-4.30pm and will be required to carry out the following:
